GTM systems · Reporting · AI agents

Most AI projects fail in the CRM, not the model.

Every revenue team runs on five layers. Most own two of them properly and hold the rest together with a spreadsheet and someone’s memory. We build three: the system of record underneath, the reporting on top, and the AI agents that read both. Bottom up, in that order, because no other order holds.

GTM systems · Reporting that stays current · AI agents with guardrails

Every revenue team runs on five layers.

Three of them are ours. Two of them are yours, and we will tell you which.

THE THREE LAYERS WE BUILD

What we build

The stack becomes useful when each layer has an owner and a job. We build the three parts that turn clean data into work your team can actually trust.

Most teams start at layer five.

An AI tool is the easiest layer to buy and the hardest one to make useful. Start at the bottom, and every decision above has something solid to inherit.

01 · THE MISTAKE

Buy the AI first

An AI tool pointed at a CRM nobody updates returns answers that are confidently wrong.

02 · THE CONCLUSION

Decide AI does not work

The tool gets blamed, the project gets shelved, and the actual problem is untouched.

03 · THE ORDER

Bottom up, every time

Clean system of record, then reporting you can act on, then agents. Slower to start. The only order that holds.

A SHORT DIAGNOSIS

Score your GTM stack

Twelve questions. No call. You get a layer-by-layer read on which one is costing you most, and what we would fix first.

Build it, hire for it, or buy it

Four ways to build the system. They fail in different places, and the difference is worth understanding before you sign anything.

Who we work with

Seed to Series B B2B teams and VC firms. Roughly ten to a hundred and fifty people. Founders still running sales themselves, heads of sales inheriting a CRM nobody maintains, and first RevOps hires who know what they want built and need the hands.

When we fit

Your motion is changing fast enough that a rigid system needs constant admin. Something downstream depends on data quality: reporting, automation, or agents. You would rather your team adopt the system than be forced into it.

When we do not

Enterprise with a steering committee and a twelve-month rollout. Teams still finding their ICP. Anyone who wants campaigns run rather than systems built.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. Thirty minutes. You walk us through how your team sells today and where it hurts. We tell you what we would do about it, whether that is a full build, a targeted fix, or nothing at all. If your current stack is not the right answer for your situation, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into a project. The person on that call is the person who designs your data model and runs your migration. There is no account manager in between, and no junior picking up the build once the scope is signed.

FAQ

""

What is a GTM system?

A GTM system is the CRM, integrations, routing and reporting that move a revenue process from lead to close. We build the system underneath campaigns and quota.

""

What are the five layers and why does the order matter?

The layers are the system of record, integrations, engagement, business intelligence and AI implementation. The order matters because every layer above depends on clean data and clear definitions below.

""

Which layer should we fix first?

Start where a downstream decision is already breaking. That is usually the CRM or reporting, not the agent.

""

Do we have to switch CRMs?

No. We work in Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. We will tell you when a migration is worth the change and when it is not.

""

How is this different from hiring a RevOps person?

A RevOps lead owns the process and the number. We build the machinery that executes it, document it, and leave your team with a system it can run.

""

What does it cost?

Most fixed-scope builds are $6,000 to $10,000 and go live in two to four weeks. We scope the work before we quote it.

Start with the layer that is costing you most.

Thirty minutes. You tell us where the system is breaking. We tell you which layer to fix first and what it would take.
