Attio Implementation Partner for B2B Teams
We design your data model, migrate your records from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, and build the automation and reporting on top. Most builds go live in two to four weeks, on a fixed scope and a fixed price.

Where are you starting from
Two kinds of teams come to us. Both start with the same thirty-minute call.
You are choosing a CRM for the first time, or moving off one that stopped fitting. We design the data model around your motion, migrate your records, and build the automation and reporting on top.
Data model designed before anything gets built • Migration run on a copy first • Live in two to four weeks
Scope your implementation
You set it up quickly, and now the data is messy, the workflows are half built, or the reporting does not match what you know is true. We audit what is there and rebuild the parts that need it.
Full workspace audit • Usually the data model, not the workflows • Rebuild only what needs it

IMPLEMENTATION SCOPE
HubSpot and Salesforce hand you someone else's data model. Attio hands you a blank canvas, which is the reason to choose it and why the foundation carries all the weight. None of those decisions look structural when you make them. All of them are. We build all six.

Migrating to Attio from your current CRM
Most of our work starts with a migration. The move itself takes days. What takes the time is deciding what to carry across and what to leave behind, and that decision is the difference between a clean CRM and the same mess in a new interface.
Moving from
What usually needs rethinking
Typical timeline
Salesforce
Custom objects, validation rules, report dependencies
3 to 5 weeks
Pipedrive
Custom fields that should have been objects
2 to 3 weeks
Affinity
Relationship data, deal flow structure, fund objects
2 to 4 weeks
Spreadsheets or Notion
Everything, and that is usually good news
1 to 3 weeks
Attio includes a migration service on paid plans, which handles the mechanical move. We handle the part it cannot: the data model you are moving into, and whether your team still trusts the numbers a month after cutover.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. Thirty minutes. You walk us through how your team sells today and where it hurts. We tell you what we would do about it, whether that is a full build, a targeted fix, or nothing at all. If Attio is not the right answer for your situation, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into a project. The person on that call is the person who designs your data model and runs your migration. There is no account manager in between, and no junior picking up the build once the scope is signed.

What good looks like
Granola, one of Attio's customers runs a custom Inbound Leads object with tiered workflows feeding Deals and enrichment on top. Attio’s numbers: lead triage 83% faster, the daily pipeline review down from two hours to twenty minutes, and full GTM adoption across the team. That is what the data model buys you.
What it costs
The cost of a CRM is not the licence. It is the admin time it demands, the deals that leak while data sits stale, and the reporting your team quietly stops trusting. That is the number worth moving.
IMPLEMENTATION
$6k–$10k
Typical fixed-scope Attio build, live in two to four weeks. Audits and targeted fixes start lower. Salesforce migrations and full GTM systems sit above that. No hourly billing or surprise scope creep.
ATTIO PRO
$79 / user
Per month on annual billing, with no onboarding fee. A clean platform cost without enterprise-tier surprises.
THE REAL RETURN
A CRM your team trusts
Less admin, fewer stale deals, dependable reporting, and data clean enough for automations and AI agents.

Why an Attio Expert Partner
Attio certifies a small number of implementation partners through its Experts program. We work in Attio every day, on revenue systems that actually run a business, not as one integration among forty. That means a data model that still holds up once Slack, Clay, billing, and product data are writing to it, reporting your team still trusts after a few quarters of growth, and AI agents that pick up real work instead of just running notifications. Sparsh Gupta, founder of Automation Jinn and an Official Attio Expert Partner, runs every discovery call, designs the data model himself, and stays on the build through launch.

Who we work with
Seed to Series B B2B teams standing up a CRM for the first time, and teams moving off something heavier that stopped fitting. Founders still running sales themselves, heads of sales inheriting a CRM nobody maintains, and RevOps leads who know exactly what they want built and need the hands to build it.
When Attio is the right call
You want a flexible data model instead of a template. Your motion is changing fast enough that a rigid CRM would need constant admin work to keep up. Something downstream depends on data quality: reporting, automation, or AI agents. You would rather your team adopt the CRM than be forced into it.
When it is worth a longer conversation first
If you need heavyweight CPQ, complex quote-to-cash, or a field service module, that belongs in the discovery call before anything else. Attio covers this ground through integrations rather than native modules, and whether that fits is a question about your stack, not about the CRM.

FAQ

What does an Attio implementation partner do?
An implementation partner designs and builds your Attio workspace: the data model, the migration from your old CRM, the automation and enrichment on top, and the reporting your team runs on.

What does an Attio consultant do?
An Attio consultant works on the foundation, not the interface. Which objects your business needs and which are attributes wearing a costume. How years of HubSpot or Salesforce history come across without the mess. Where enrichment, billing and product data plug in. What the reporting has to show before your team stops rebuilding it in spreadsheets.

How much does an Attio implementation cost?
Most implementations run $6,000 to $10,000, depending on migration complexity and how much automation you need on day one. Audits and targeted fixes start lower. Salesforce migrations and full GTM systems sit above that. We scope and quote a fixed price after the discovery call.

How long does an Attio implementation take?
Two to four weeks end to end for most teams. Week one is data model design, week two is migration and workflows, weeks three and four are reporting, integrations, and training.

How much does Attio cost?
Attio is free for up to three seats. Plus is $35 per user per month on annual billing and caps at ten seats, Pro is $79, and Enterprise is a custom quote with a ten-seat minimum.

We are already on Attio but it is a mess. Can you fix it?
Yes. We audit the workspace, identify what is actually causing the problem, and rebuild the parts that need it. Teams usually assume the workflows are broken when the real issue sits in the data model underneath them.

Which CRMs can you migrate from?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Affinity, Notion, Airtable, and spreadsheets. HubSpot and Salesforce carry the most data model friction because they do not map one to one onto Attio.

Who actually builds our Attio workspace?
Sparsh Gupta, founder of Automation Jinn and an Official Attio Expert Partner, leads every build. He runs the discovery call, designs the data model, and builds the workspace. Specialists come in for specific integration work when a build needs it, and the data model stays with Sparsh throughout.

Do you support us after the build goes live?
Yes. Ongoing work covers monitoring, fixes, new workflows, new integrations, and agent builds as you scale. A CRM that nobody maintains drifts back into a mess within about a year.
Ready to put Attio to work?
Book a discovery call and we will work out what you need, whether that is a new build or a fix to what you already have. You leave with a written scope and a fixed price. No obligation to build with us.
