The challenge

The client needed to run LinkedIn outreach directly from their CRM, with no manual syncing and no duplicate messaging.

What we built

Triggered outreach from Wealthbox custom fields, synced contacts to HeyReach campaign lists, prevented duplicate messaging, logged replies back as CRM notes, and separated Zap flows for custom messages, reply logging, and list management.

Results

Manual LinkedIn messaging was eliminated outside the CRM. Campaigns now scale while keeping personalization intact. Every conversation and reply is visible inside Wealthbox, with fewer errors from automatic field resets and filters.

Outcome

The client now runs a fully integrated LinkedIn outreach system from Wealthbox. They can send personalized messages or launch campaigns without switching tools, with every reply tracked in the CRM as a single source of truth.

The challenge

A popular bakery brand with a large social following was spending hours every day on manual order taking and customer questions in DMs.

What we built

ManyChat AI chatbots integrated with a custom CRM in Airtable, automated workflows that guide customers through ordering, instant AI-powered FAQ responses, and a scalable system designed to grow with demand.

Results

Several hours of daily operational time were cut from DM replies. Customers get instant FAQ responses, orders are captured in a structured flow, and the team can handle more demand without adding staff.

Outcome

The bakery moved from reactive, manual customer handling to a streamlined automated system that supports growth and gives customers a faster, more professional experience.

A Python and Slack API bot that analyzes merchant data, flags accounts at risk of churn, and sends real-time alerts to the right team members so retention work can happen before churn.

Merchant activity dashboard

Tracked customer engagement, retention, and churn KPIs in an interactive dashboard. The insights were significant enough that Klearly created a dedicated Customer Success Manager role off the back of them.

A dynamic pricing model based on merchant location and category, with clear visualizations so the sales team can offer competitive, tailored pricing fast.

The challenge

Complex JotForm submissions needed to generate and email a dynamic PDF based on user input, including data from a custom widget that required custom scripting to parse correctly.

What we built

A Zapier workflow triggered on every new JotForm submission, a PDF.co integration to generate personalized PDFs, custom code to parse widget data correctly, and automated emails that deliver each PDF to the respondent.

Results

Document delivery time dropped from hours to seconds. PDFs became accurate and consistent across submissions, even with complex widget data, and the workflow handled higher volume with no extra effort.

Outcome

A hands-free document generation system now delivers fast, accurate PDFs and frees the client from manual document handling.
