Information we collect
What you give us. When you book a call, fill in a form, or email us: your name, email, company, phone (if you provide it), and your message.
What we collect automatically. Basic technical data like IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Our website is hosted on Framer, which may collect this standard usage data to serve and secure the Site.
During a project. If you become a client, we may access the systems and data needed to do the work, handled under our client agreement.
How we use it
To reply to you and run discovery calls, deliver and improve our services, operate and secure the Site, send updates you have agreed to, and meet legal requirements.
Cookies
Our website runs on Framer, which may use essential cookies to operate the Site. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers that help us run the Site, currently our website host, Framer.
The tools we build with when relevant to your project, for example Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Attio, and Clay.
Anyone we are legally required to share it with.
Client data and AI
When we deliver a project, we may handle your data on your behalf under our client agreement, with access limited to the people doing the work. Our work uses AI, which can make mistakes, so important outputs are reviewed by a person. We do not use your confidential business data to train public AI models without your instruction.
Your choices
Marketing: unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails, or email us.
Access, correct, or delete: email sparsh@automationjinn.com and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents: you may request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold, and we will not discriminate against you for asking. We do not sell or share your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and business requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limited access and secure hosting. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
