Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of automationjinn.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Automation Jinn ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy our services.
About these Terms
These Terms cover your use of the Site and set the baseline terms for our services. Each paid engagement is also governed by a written proposal or statement of work ("Agreement"). If anything in an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement controls for that engagement.
Use of the Site
Use the Site lawfully. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data except as permitted, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, belong to Automation Jinn or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
Services and engagements
Information on the Site is general and is not an offer or a guarantee of results. An engagement begins only when both sides agree to a written proposal or statement of work that sets the scope, fees, timeline, deliverables, and ownership. Booking a discovery call does not create a binding engagement.
Fees and payment
You agree to pay all fees stated in your Agreement. Unless stated otherwise:
Invoices are due on receipt, and project work or access may begin only after the first payment.
For recurring or monthly plans, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the agreed fee on each billing cycle until you cancel in line with your Agreement.
Late or failed payments may result in paused or suspended work, and we may charge reasonable late fees or recovery costs.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in your Agreement. This includes deposits, setup fees, and recurring plan fees for the current billing period, because our work and time are committed once an engagement starts. Cancelling a recurring plan stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Billing disputes and chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing error or you are unhappy with a charge, contact us first at sparsh@automationjinn.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for services we have provided in line with your Agreement. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, you remain responsible for the disputed amount plus any fees and costs we incur, including processor chargeback fees and reasonable collection or legal costs. We may suspend or stop all services while a dispute is open, and we may submit your Agreement, our communications, and records of delivered work as evidence to contest the dispute.
Third-party tools
We build using third-party platforms, including but not limited to Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Attio, and Clay etc. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, including their availability, changes, or pricing.
AI disclaimer
Our work uses AI and automation. AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon. We do not warrant that any AI output will be accurate, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
No guarantee of results
We bring real experience and care, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or performance result. Case studies and testimonials reflect specific past projects and are not a promise of similar results.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to cover and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or services or your breach of these Terms.
Confidentiality
Each side agrees to protect the other's confidential information shared during an engagement and to use it only to perform the work.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. Sections that should survive termination, including payment, chargebacks, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with any signed Agreement for services, are the entire agreement between us.
